Frequently Asked Questions

About TunePulse

What is TunePulse?

TunePulse lets you turn your ideas into music, listen to published tracks and share your creations. No musical education is required.

Do I need musical training?

No. Describe your idea and choose the settings — no musical training or studio equipment is required.

Getting started

How do I create a song?

Sign in, choose a task and describe the result. Save a draft in an available section. Starting music is a separate action, admitted only after the price, balance and creation permissions are checked.

Which song languages are available?

Choose the vocal language in the first wizard step. Available options are listed there; the song language is independent of the interface language.

How long does generation take?

Timing depends on the task and service load. Once an order starts, follow its saved status. Losing the connection does not mean you should submit another order.

What if I dislike the result?

Compare both versions. For another generation, change the description or settings; check the cost in notes before starting.

Pricing and payment

How can I try TunePulse?

Create an account and check your available balance in your profile. Current offers appear on the pricing page.

How do I choose a subscription or notes pack?

Notes packages and one-time WAV purchases are available on the website. New subscriptions are not on sale; existing entitlements remain valid. The amount and purchase contents are shown before payment.

Are there business plans?

Business workflows cover venues, advertising, games and effects. Each section shows whether saving and execution are available; an example or price does not mean the tool is already open.

Which payment methods are available?

Note top-ups and one-time WAV purchases are available: YooKassa in RUB for RU accounts and Bzb in USD for international accounts. New subscriptions are not on sale. Existing entitlements and balances are retained; ready files require appropriate access.

Where can I find refund terms?

The offer in the help center sets out the terms. Contact support about a specific payment.

Rights and content

Who holds the rights to tracks?

Rights and usage conditions are defined by the offer and your chosen plan. Review them before commercial use.

Are there content rules?

Follow the service rules and respect others’ rights. For children’s music, use the dedicated section and listen to the result before playing it to a child.

Can I use my own voice?

Availability depends on your account. Check My Voices and the vocal options in the wizard.

Use cases

Is an AI song a good gift for an adult?

Absolutely! A personalized song is an original and touching gift for any age.

Is AI music suitable for mobile games?

A game project lets you create music, effects and dialogue, preview event responses and obtain an audio kit. Saving a draft does not create audio. A developer must connect the sounds to events in the actual game.

Can I use my own lyrics?

Yes. Paste your lyrics in the wizard or describe an idea for new lyrics. Review the words before generating music.

Technical questions

Which download formats are available?

Available formats appear on the track page. Access to MP3, WAV or separate stems depends on the track and your entitlements.

How long is a track?

Length depends on the generated result. Check the finished track; a video or game may require editing.

Is there a mobile app?

The mobile versions are being prepared for release. Availability and download information will appear on the Android and iPhone pages.
